Group Member Category Report

The Group Member Category Report gives details of Loans that were taken by group member clients under different user defined Support files/Member Categories for a selected period of time.

It also does an analysis by amounts, gender and percentages

How to do access the Group Member Category Report.

To access the group member category report, go to Loans/Portfolio Reports/Group Members Portfolio Reports/Group Member Category Report a screen like one below appears:

• Print report by:  From the drop down menu, select the category of group members that the report is to be generated e.g. "Urban" in the screen above or select the "check if for all Categories option to generate a report for all categories. For these categories to appear here, they should have been defined under Support files/Member Categories
• Loan Fund: From the drop down box, select a particular Loan Fund that you want to generate the group members category Report. The Loan Funds should have been defined under System/Configuration/Funds. or select the option "Check if for all Funds" to display a report with group members who received loans from all Loan Funds.
• Period from: Enter the starting date that you want the Group Members Category Report to display e.g "01/01/2017" and in the "to" Dialogue box enter the date when you want the report to end e.g "21/06/2017".
• Loan Disbursements:  If this option is selected, the group members category report will display the details and analysis of loans that were disbursed to group members as shown below:

• Outstanding Amounts:  If this option is selected, the group members category report will display the details and analysis of outstanding loan amounts of the group members as shown below:

• Repayments:  If this option is selected, the group members category report will display the details and analysis of repayments made by different group member categories. In the case below all loan payments were by one gender (Females) and from the same group member category (Unknown).

• Repayment Rates:  Select this option to have a Group Members Category Report showing the rate at which group members made repayments.
